Every morning, students read and transcripted [The Man Who Planted Trees] in May and June. After the transcription, they have watched animations of Frederic Back and searched for examples of people who planted trees in a real life. They have learned roles of trees and forests. In addition, they have got to know that they can also participate in planting trees and can be a person to plant trees if they want.
In an activity report, a student said that she can do anything if she makes efforts consistently, and that she herself wanted to be a change maker. Another student said that he thought that the eco-system can be recovered by many people¡¯s efforts, but now she came to know that eco-system is able to changed even with only one person¡¯s steady efforts.
For all of us, it was really precious time to remind that only humans can not only destroy nature but also restore it.
