I was happy to see that Gian Giono's work "The People Who Planted Trees" was published as a children's book by chance as the book of the month at ECOSHOP WHOLESEE, which makes good teaching materials.
When I found out that there was a transcription event, I stayed up all night reading and writing diligently, as if I was back in my school days. I was very happy while worrying about where to write it and copying it onto the book cover to give it meaning. I express my respect for the old farmer, a person who did a god-like job so well. I would also like to thank Professor Ho-seop Yoon for giving me the opportunity to copy.

While transcribing 'The Man Who Plants Trees', which I had read and forgotten a long time ago, an old memory of reading it with deep emotion came to mind. In addition, I was also reminded of the memories of cutting out pictures and words from teacher Shin Young-bok's calligraphy and painting desk calendar, and the painting "Wugong Isan (é×Íëì¹ß£)" and sticking it on the desk for a long time. I too will not be impatient and will walk quietly while looking toward the future.

It was a book I read a long time ago, but transcribing it like this gave me a different experience than just reading it. Should I say that it feels like we met in person at the scene? ¡°It was also a time to calmly reflect on my life.¡±

It¡¯s been a while since I read it. And wrote. I didn't think I could do this alone, so I suggested this to my co-workers. Thankfully, many people participated. As you write down each letter, the scenery unfolds like a video. And nature was restored with silence and consistency that went beyond 10% of hope. It may be too idealistic, but one person cannot achieve everything right now, but if you start with small things and practice them consistently, you will be moved and immersed in nature.
I also walk step by step. In addition, once a month we create an opportunity I want to have time to gather together and transcribe together. I'm going to try it soon.

I met this book through an animation when I was just entering the forest education.
After a long time, he came across the book <The Man Who Plants Trees> again.
I was touched by the message of hope that through the efforts of the main character who plants a small seed, it becomes a tree, a forest, and a village of laughter is restored.
In addition, a book that makes you listen to the great soundscape that nature provides.
Singing interest and hope for the natural environment and people around us.
