금방 10년이 지나갔어요!

2014년
아, 이게 뭐지? 놀라 콧물 흘리며
내려다 보는 사람 옆 얼굴을
DDP 세 글자 안 공간에 넣어서
놀라움이 시작되는 동대문디자인플라자
오픈 기념 포스터(사진)를
구성했다. 정말 큰 기대를 하며
신나서 만들었다.

2024년
다시 10주년 기념 포스터를 의뢰받아
o 세개 들어있는 ddp 로고를 전개하여
10개의 지구를 10가지 색으로 나타내
우주적 생동감과 어머니 지구(사진)를 구성했다.
내 자신 동대문디자인프라자가 된듯 실감하며
진정 기쁜 마음으로 디디피의 멋진 24시간 낮과 밤이
미래로 나아가는 ddp를 나타냈다.

윤호섭

윤호섭은 한국의 그래픽 디자이너이다.

디자인과 예술을 통한 환경보호에 헌신하며
전시, 강의, 시민들과의 일대일 만남 등을 이어오고 있다.

서울대학교 미술대학을 졸업하고 오리콤 아트디렉터,
대우그룹의 크리에이티브 디렉터를 역임했다.

1982년부터 2008년 정년까지
국민대학교 시각디자인학과의 교수로 재직했고
1995년부터 1997년까지 조형대 학장,
환경디자인연구소장을 역임했다.
2008년부터 국민대학교 명예교수이다.

1988년 서울올림픽디자인위원회 이사로 활동했으며,
1991년 제17회 세계 스카우트 잼보리의
공식 포스터와 엠블럼의 디자인을 맡았다.

한국, 일본, 태국, 미국에서 전시회를 가졌고,
2010년 브랜다이스 대학 '국제 윤리, 정의, 공공의 삶 센터'의
네 번째 방문 교수로 초청되었다.

2009년 베이징 ICOGRDA,
2012년 제2회 상하이 아시아 그래픽 디자인 비엔날레,
2016년 AGI 서울에서 초청 연사로 강연했다.

2007년 제9회 교보생명환경문화상 환경예술부문 대상,
2017년 옥관 문화훈장을 수상했다.

Hoseob Yoon

Hoseob Yoon, a South Korean graphic artist who has devoted
his career and his life to protecting the environment in
art and design demonstrations, exhibits, lectures and
one-on-one visits with students and members of the community.

He is a graduate of the Seoul National University College of
Fine Art and worked as an Art Director for Oricom and
as a Creative Director for Daewoo in Seoul.

From 1982 to 2008 he was a professor
in the Department of Visual Communication Design,
Dean of the College of Design from 1995 to 1997,
he served as director of the Institute of Environmental Design.
Since 2008 has been an honor professor at Kookmin University.

Among other accomplishments, he served as a board member of
the 1988 Seoul Olympics Design Committee,
and was the designer of the official poster and emblem of
the 17th World Scout Jamboree (1991).
He has exhibited in Korea, Japan, Thailand, and USA.

The Fourth Distinguished Visiting Practitioner of
the International Center for Ethics, Justice, and Public Life of
Brandeis University in 2010.

Guest speaker at Beijing ICOGRDA Congress in 2009,
2nd Shanghai Asian Graphic Design Biennale in 2012.
AGI Congress 2016 Seoul.

He won the grand prize in the environmental arts category
at the 9th Kyobo Life and Environment and Culture Awards in 2007
and the Okgwan Order of Cultural Merit in 2017.
